Proprietary Marks: "Serplock" and our logos are proprietary marks of Serplock Technologies. You may not use our marks, logos, or brand names without our prior written consent.

Your Content: You retain ownership of any content, data, or information you submit to the Service ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Your Responsibilities: You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

Service Availability: The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

AI Model Accuracy: Our Service analyzes and reports on how AI models perceive your brand. We do not control the AI models themselves, and the information provided by AI models may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by third-party AI models.

No Professional Advice: The Service provides analytics and insights, but does not constitute professional advice. You should consult with qualified professionals for business, legal, or other advice.

Third-Party Services: The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERPLOCK TECHNOLOGIES AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE LIABILITY, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@serplock.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Serplock Technologies agree to resolve any disputes through binding arbitration, except for disputes that qualify for small claims court. Class Action Waiver: You agree that any disputes will be resolved individually and not as part of a class action.

Exceptions: Either party may bring a lawsuit solely for injunctive relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Service, or intellectual property infringement, without first engaging in arbitration.
